Making Your Business Work for You
The idea of learning how to run a business is probably not something you may have considered too much at the start. If Jo(e) Bloggs from across the street can do it then it can’t be that difficult, surely?
Are you tired of your business taking over your life? Wouldn’t you love to get control of it and reap the rewards of owning your own business? At Business Booms we want to help you do exactly that. With a straightforward, no-nonsense approach, we’ll guide you step-by-step to put the foundations in place that your business needs so you can have more time and energy to focus on the things you love to do.
With years of real-world experience helping hundreds of business owners, we noticed a pattern to the support that many business owners needed. It wasn’t complex strategies or detailed plans; it was simple solutions that helped them to run their business more efficiently.
We realised that the key was to help the business owner put in place solid foundations which in turn helped them to be more proactive rather than reactive. This then gave them more time and energy to focus on building their business.
If you want to find some plain old common sense in the chaos, we’re here to use our experience to guide you to a clearer, more organised business future.
At Business Booms we’re all about simplicity. Whether there’s just you the business owner, or whether you’ve got a team of people, the approach to building your foundations is the same. We have two ways you can work with us. Both will take you through our approach but in different ways. Have a look below to see which one will suit you the best.
You’ll work with us one-on-one so we can get you to where you want to be in the shortest possible time. We’ll take you through our approach and at the end of it, you’ll have a clear way forward for where you want to take your business and know how you’re going to get there.
In the Campfire you’ll be working through our approach with other Business Owners. The power of working with a group of people who are going through the same experience is incredible and the opportunity to learn from this is huge. At the end of it, not only will you know where you’re going and how you’re going to get there, you’ll also have a whole new group of people who've supported you along the way.
If you’re serious about your business and need some help to get it in order so you can make it work for you, we’d love to hear from you. Just to make it clear, this isn’t a ‘done for you’ solution. This is an “I’m serious about taking control of my business and trying something different” kind of thing. We want you to be in a place where you’re ready and willing to make a change and implement the things we’ll discuss. We want you to learn and grow your skills and knowledge so that eventually you don’t need us.
